About Me

For the last decade, I have been fascinated by the opportunity to extract information from data and apply it in new and different ways, to niche and unique audiences. My road here has had its twists and turns.

I am a reformed politico, as I began my career in politics. I am an expert in the Facebook API, as I've built numerous Facebook applications since the platform launched in 2007, most notably the Washington Post Social Reader. Data I have worked with includes application activity streams, voter files, student grade information, and even whether or not supporters prefer Hillary Clinton's pant suits over her headbands.
